Wow, how do I find out what happens a few months later. What interventions are suggested?
Professional counseling will help Kathy to resolve whatever lingering issues she has. Working with a professional coach will also help to create a plan to get from where she is to where she wants to be. Gaining support from friends, family and community is also a great intervention.
