Hillsborough, NJ--Natalie (Rosen) Gahrmann, owner of N-R-G Coaching Associates in Hillsborough, NJ has achieved the Associate Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation (ICF). This credential is awarded to coaches who demonstrate commitment to high standards of professionalism, ethics and training. According to Kathy Schramek, Director of Programs & Credentials for the ICF, “of the 10-20,000 coaches worldwide, only just over 1000 are currently certified."

The ICF is the largest non-profit professional association worldwide of personal and business coaches with more than 6000 members and over 145 chapters in 30 countries. Since the number of people entering this emerging field has doubled in size each of the past three years, the ICF has taken on the responsibility of sponsoring professional credentials for the growing field; they have created an independent, internationally recognized model of excellence through their credentialing program.

N-R-G Coaching Associates specializes in helping working parents achieve more balance and success in their personal, family, and work life. Her clients are professionals, executives, managers, educators, entrepreneurs and business owners who realize there is a gap between where they are and where they truly want to be in their personal and/or professional life. Gahrmann works with her clients to help them define/clarify and reach their goals.

According to Gahrmann, “a coach and client have a unique relationship that works because the two work together toward the client's goals. A coach's role is to listen, support, encourage and challenge the client to achieve more of what they want in their life”. Unlike other people in the client's life, the coach is not attached to the outcome so she can be unbiased and objective. According to a recent client, "…I am happy to report that with Natalie's support and coaching, I have made several decisions that have put me back on track and as a result I am a happier employee, a better manager and hopefully a more attuned mother and spouse."

Natalie Gahrmann, who is also the author of Succeeding as a Super Busy Parent (Infinity Publishing 2002) is a graduate of Coach University (the world-wide leader in coach-specific training) with a MA degree from Montclair State. She is the work/life expert on line at www.bluesuitmom.com and www.NetWorkingmoms.com in addition to being a regular columnist for Moms Business Magazine. She focuses mainly on people going through transitions, wanting more out of their life, or those who need help defining and reaching their goals.

Since the coaching profession first started gaining exposure in the late 80's, the number of coaches has grown to between 10,000-20,000 worldwide. The growing field has prompted recent media attention in the New York Times, USA Today, Wall Street Journal, Money Magazine, Fortune Magazine and on the Today show, Oprah and many others. Gahrmann has appeared live on Comcast’s CN8 Morning Show and on Mom Talk Radio. In addition, she’s appeared in a number of publications including the Chicago Tribune, Indianapolis Star, NY Times, Star Ledger, Home News. Asbury Park Press, Edmonton Sun Times, Australian Small Business & Home Based Income Magazine, Smart Money, Good Housekeeping, USA Today Careers Network, among others.

Gahrmann also offers live seminars and workshops pertaining to achieving a balanced life, minimizing stress, practicing extreme self care, establishing boundaries, simplifying your life, being adrenaline free, establishing a support network, and other personal effectiveness areas.
